Transcript: return address/ inside address Paragraph Content At the top of you page, you should have the return address which is your address. Type your house number and street then hit enter once. You then type your city state and zip code. Hit enter twice and type the date. Hit enter four times and then type the inside address. The inside address is the address you are sending the envelope to. Hit enter twice and type your salutation; Dear (name), and hit enter twice. Type your letter with two enters between each paragraph. When you have finished your last paragraph, hit enter twice.Type your closing, followed by four enters. Type your name and information with one space between each paragraph. In the ribbon, in the section paragraph, click the button where all the lines are equal in length. This makes the letter a block letter with all lines lining up on the left side of your paper. The salutation is how you open a letter. It is a greeting or acknowledgment of the readers arrival. The salutation should be written at the beginning of your letter. Next, in the Create Group, click the Envelopes button to open the Envelopes and Labels dialogue box. Lastly, make sure all the information that is put in is correct and is in the right spot. The return address is your address. The first paragraph should introduce what you are writing about. In the second paragraph type everything you need to address. The last paragraph should wrap up what you are saying and thank the reader for reading your letter. Make sure to ask if they have any questions and leave your phone number or email address under your name at the end of the letter. Therefore, when the player decides their answer, the person running the game clicks it, and the game will tell them whether they are right or wrong.

This includes the address of the person of which you are sending the letter to, the name, city and state. the closing of the message is the sincrely, from etc. and the signature, is your first and last name, which is above the job title line, which is where you put the job you possess. Copy Notation By: Brigid Lacobelle The second to last thing you must put in your letter is known as the enclosure, or the name of the reason why you are writing the letter, which is very like the subject. Introduction of the letter Return Address The Inside Address This will be where you put the salutation, or the "dear..." whomever you are sending the letter to. Then you put the subject, or what the letter is about. Then add a paragrah, this will be your intro paragraph. In this paragraph will be your main idea, or what the whole letter will be aboit, sumed up in a few sentences. Body paragraph in this paragraph, you will put all of the information about your topic into it. this is also where you will puth everything that is important in, and is basically the main part of the whole letter. This is the last line of the letter and this is where you put the "copy to:" which is where you put the name of the person you would like the letter sent to as well, so they can see it too, so you will not need to write another separeate letter saying the same thing. closing and signature and job title line Add the street adress on line one City, state and zip code on the following line Add the date of the day your are writing the letter, under this information, along with the Mail service notation. enclosure Block Letter
